Before you go diving into the amazing world of BOD, talk to me about what program is best to help you reach your goals. I've completed MANY Beachbody programs and I want to use my experience to help you select the best program for your current ability level and goals. Therefore, send me a message with your container bracket (see step 1) and what program you are interested in to see if it is right for you. Once we've selected your program you will:

  • Review the PROGRAM MATERIALS, always start in this section before starting a workout program

  • Print off the programs WORKOUT CALENDAR under PROGRAM MATERIALS
