I've said it before and I'll say it again: I LOVE SUGAR. The only way I stay on track is by swapping out unhealthy treats for healthy ones. I use Shakeology to do this ALL THE TIME! These are by far the best healthy cookies I've ever made!
1 cup old fashioned instant oats
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 scoop Shakeology (I used Vanilla but you could use chocolate too)
2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup chocolate chi
I think I'm going to have a little caramelized Kale for dinner! Here's how I make it!
-Heat a few tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar in a large skillet.
-Add chopped Kale, onions, & mushrooms.
-Cook until tender.
-Add 1/4 cup if Feta cheese and cook for a few more minutes.

I used my Ninja for this recipe and it was SUPER easy and quick! If you have a Ninja with a food processor attachment I highly suggest using it! I never even had to touch raw meat, it was amazing!!!

½ lb ground turkey
½ lb ground beef
4 - 6 whole bell peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds
1 cp cooked whole wheat rice
½ cp shredded cheese
1 medium onion
5-6 portabella mushrooms
4 - 6 cloves garlic

Here's a Cucumber and Tomato Salad recipe that I made while I was doing the 3 Day Refresh this week! 1 medium chopped cucumber 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped red onion 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves 2 tbsp. fresh italian parsley Any other seasonings you prefer to taste 1. I whipped this up the other night and I can't complain! It was a tasty, summer time treat! Cake:
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
2 tbsp water or almond milk (I used almond milk)
2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
1/4 tsp baking powder
