Stir together:
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Add in:
1 beaten egg
2-3 TBSP water
Mix until creamy
Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes! Enjoy!
Equals 1.5 red
