Sometimes I go live and dance... and sometimes it's embarrassing... but I know that high intensity, meathead workouts aren't for everyone and so does Beachbody. So maybe you or someone you know just needs to get moving?! Maybe doing a high intensity cardio program isn't for them, but this might just be what gets them moving every day!!! It's fun. It's easy. And, combined with the right nutrition will help the beginner get awesome results!
What is the new program?
It is called YOUv2! It is a fun, upbeat and low impact program geared towards helping beginner fitness levels who are just joining their health and fitness journey or are jumping right back in!
It is a 4 week program that you get to dance along to great 80’s, 90’s and even a little 70’s in there. Who doesn’t want to have a Dance Party in their basement to get healthy!?!!?!

What kind of workouts am I getting myself into?
Move your body: get ready to get out your dancing shoes with this fun and fly by workout!
Work it. $hake it!: with songs like “Love Shack” by the B-52’s you’ll be shaking it into the rest of your day!
Rock it out!: are you a rocker at heart? Here is where you can get your hair banging moves in!
Scuplt Shack: Not only do you get to dance, you also get to work on sculpting those muscles!
Sweat Sensation: sweat it out ladies!
Believe, Achieve and Tone: another great exercise that focuses on toning and a little jigging!
All workouts are 30 minutes, 5 X a week for only 4 weeks!! Also, there is no equipment needed, just you and your moves babay!!
