Protein Pancakes!

Are you a "wake up and smell the roses" kind of morning person? Well, I AM NOT! But, I do like to wake up and make these scrumptious protein pancakes that are quick, easy, protein packed and SUPER healthy!

Ingredients:

1/2 c oatmeal

3 egg whites

Splash almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology or vanilla protein powder

Dash of cinnamon

1 tsp of vanilla or almond extract

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender & liquefy. Then place on a hot skillet and cook to perfection. Makes three small pancakes, I ate two and I'm stuffed!!

I topped mine with a half a banana, a tsp of all natural syrup & a tsp of peanut butter. I'll be honest, it could use another tsp of both... Sacrifices.

For 21 day fix containers...I'll count this as: 1.5 reds, 1.5 yellows (might be more on the 1 side), 1 purple, & two teaspoons
