I'll never forget the day I took this before photo. After feeling bad about myself for way too many months, I finally decided to try something new. So I picked up a new at home fitness program, even though I had 3 others sitting on my shelf at home. In the back of my mind, I kind of thought this one would be like the other programs I'd collected over the years, something I did for a few days and then retired it to the shelf to get buried in dust and other random keepsakes. I worried that it'd be another waste of money... But it wasn't like the others. @autumncalabreseprograms totally changed my body, my mind, my habits, my life.
This body in the right photo... that's the results of at home workout programs. 30 minutes a day, people. Yeah, that's it. It doesn't have to be over complicate. The gym or "diets" don't have to dictate your entire life - if that wasn't the case, I wouldn't have results.
You just have to simply trust the process and keep showing up day after day.
